1. Register (Complete both steps A & B)

A. Begin by filling out the registration form provided below. You’ll need to provide additional details and upload any necessary documents or licenses.

B. Click on the “Username+Password” button to set up your user credentials.

(You must complete both A & B steps in order to complete the registration process)

• The Vehiswap Support team will evaluate your registration and accompanying documents. This review process typically takes up to 48 hours.
• Your registration status will be “pending” while it undergoes administrative approval.
• Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Viewing Auctions

• During the approval process, you can browse the available auctions.
• However, please note that you won’t be able to place any bids until your registration is approved by Vehiswap.

• Bid On A Vehicle: Enter your bid or use current bid, then click bid button. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your bid(s). Should another participant outbid you, you’ll receive a notificationemail along with a link to place an updated, higher bid.

• Proxy Bid: (Optional) Setting a proxy bid will automatically increase your bid by the minimum increment until reaching your “Max Bid” preset. To set the Proxy Max bid, click on the “eyeball” icon and wait for it to show solid blue. Then enter your “Max Bid in the bid box and click bid. The current bid will remain the same, but you will see the notice above showing your “Max Bid” (if your max bid is passed by another bidder, you will receive an email notifying you that your Max Bid is no longer valid.)

• Buy Now Button: At any time you can purchase a vehicle and end the auction by selecting the “Buy Now” button. You must then checkout and pay for the vehicle in order to end the auction bidding process. (Buy Now purchases must be paid by credit card only. (Bank transfers are not accepted for “Buy Now” purchases.)

3. Winning Bid

• If you emerge as the highest bidder for a vehicle, you will be notified via email. This email will contain a link guiding you to the payment page. You can also (while logged in) reselect the vehicle detail page and select the “PAY NOW” button. Additionally, you can access a pay link via the “MY AUCTION BIDS” tab on your buyer’s dashboard. Select the vehicle under WON AUCTIONS and click the pay now button to checkout.
• Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and Bank Debit Cards (showing the Visa or Mastercard logo)
• Your final invoice at checkout will include a buyer fee of $250

4. Logistics + Delivery

• After your payment is processed, you’ll be redirected to the Vehiswap Logistics Page.
• On this page, you can request an instant delivery quote. This service is coordinated in collaboration with our partner, RCG Logistics.
• All vehicles must be transferred using Vehiswap Logistics. This is to ensure the most prompt, safe, and secure method of transfer for both the vehicle and title to the new owner.
• Once you approve and book the instant quote, a logistics specialist will contact you to confirm the delivery location, finalize the quote, and help coordinate the delivery of your vehicle.
